Persona?: Michelangelo Caravaggio

There comes a point in every Endgame Boss's life where you lose to the main characters. So what do you do in that point? Give up? Surrender peacefully? Ha! No! You forcibly fuse with your Persona, becoming some kind of horrific eyeball monster man embodying all 9* sins!

Yep, so basically Kawamoto took a page from the "Ha, that's not even my final form!" book of villainy. Basically, I modeled this idea heavily off of both the Ameno-Sagiri fight right after fighting the Killer (pffft like you don't know who I mean already) in Persona 4, as well as how Nyarlathotep takes upon several different forms in Persona 2 and how the Nyx Avatar keeps cycling through the different arcana after you kill it as the ultimate twelve-time fake out. I haven't beaten Persona 5 yet, but I'll bet the endgame boss does the same damn thing.

I mostly just took the overall color scheme of the Michelangelo Persona and stuck it on top of a man's body, gave him scythe hands, and a fuckton of eyeballs because why not, that's creepy enough. I mean, if Kazuma Kaneko can get away with sticking unnecessary boobs all over Diana then dammit I can give Caravaggio a fuckton of eyeballs.

Oh! Right! I named this "Persona" thing Caravaggio because of the Michelangelo lead in, like "What, you thought I meant Michelangelo Buonarroti, the renaissance master who notoriously hated sculpting despite being super good at it? Ha! You fool! I really meant Michelangelo Mersisi da Caravaggio, the baroque asshole who straight up murdered a dude!" Honestly, it should be pretty self-explanatory why Caravaggio is my idea of an artist who can represent all of the deadly sins. Dude was crazy. Talented absolutely, but also totally not a nice guy.
